This sacred shrine is uniquely dedicated to Goddess Lalithambigai, worshipped here in the supreme form of Sri Chakra (Sri Yantra)—a rare and highly revered representation of Divine Mother.

This temple is also closely associated with the sacred text Lalitha Sahasranamam, and devotees believe that sincere prayers here bring mental peace, marital harmony, spiritual upliftment, and removal of negative energies.
